Post a photo of the roof of the car. We will be able to tell you if they are factory or C&C.

OK, here is how you tell the difference.
The first photo of the white car is with C&C aftermarket T-Tops. You can tell by the two moldings on the front and rear that are there to cover where the roof sheet metal was cut. Also, the painted sheet metal section of roof between the windshield and T-top is wider on these.

The black car below has factory T-Tops. They sit flush into the roof and there is no extra molding. Also, the painted section of roof between the windshield and T-Top is narrower.

Another telltale of C&C T-Tops is that there won't be a GM T-Top bag with the metal loops in the trunk floor. Only factory T-Top cars got these.
