Hood lock latch question

Hey everyone, I recently got ahold of a cervini ram air hood but the lock latch bolts I had in the unbranded cowl hood that came with the car don’t fit the new hood! I’ve searched high and low for lock latch bolts and can’t find what size the things are.

anybody know or just have a few laying around??

edit: it’s an 84 z28

Just a WASG, but have you tried a M6-whatever body bolt from the bin at the local hardware store?

There aren't too many different body bolts on a thirdgen. Most of the fender bolts and bolts for stuff like the hood latch are 6mm.

Thanks for the response. I have not. I’ll pick a few up when I get a chance. Haven’t really been out to the car to screw around with it much since I mounted the hood. Figures that in this pandemic, my job got MORE busy. Lol
