Hey Ya'll,
Back to ThirdGen.org after several years working on bikes. My son and I built this Z28 together about 15 years ago with a great deal of help from the members of this board.
The car has been mostly sitting with an occasional drive. Now, my son is married has two children and wants HIS CAR.

Took her out for a spin today.... RUNS GREAT!!



But, age has not been kind on her grills..... they fell to pieces.....
Any idea if these are made repop by anyone? I would like to put a new set on her.

Sitting more than ten years since she was used daily for High School..... Still runs fantastic.

 

Do you mean the Front. bumper grille insert? You can get them off eBay or go on Hawk’s. Not too bad of a price.

 

Hey Kurt, long time! My '82 grilles have gotten very brittle also. Mine may crack if you look at 'em funny.

 

I think classic ind has them too. Repros, so fitment may be hit or miss.
