Put all new seals in. Wipe down with Vaseline, then never take the T-tops out. Otherwise they leak and will probably still leak some under extreme rain no matter what.

That's a pretty broad question. Depends on where it's leaking from, the condition of your t-top seals, whether or not your t-top channels have rusted out and disintegrated from years of leaks, etc. This guide is what I used, it has a good troubleshooting section. But like ironwill said, if your body channels under the t-top weatherstripping are rotted out and full of rust holes, you'll need to fix that first.
