Today, as i was driving, my speedometer was making a little squeeking noise. Then, about an hour later it got stuck! I stopped the car, and it 'unfroze itself'. Now, it is totally busted. Stuck at zero. Did my cable break?? If so, where to i check to see what happened. Also, if it is my cable, is this a hard thing to install? Thanks guys!

 

 

maybe your speedo cable came unpluged from the back of your speedo, just an idea. you might want to take the underdash off and look. either way your gonna have to take it out or look underthere. good luck man

 

I think this dude is a ***** in disguise, I freaken hate gay imports rice. No way could a Civic beat an IROC I have a 6 cyl Camaro and I creamed the **** out of a heavily modded Civic.

 

Dude you can buy a new speedo cable for under 15 buckz.(Replace it)

I highly doubt you could beat a heavliy modified Civic with your v6. NOS is very is to gain speed. Throw in a Turbo. Did this guy show you his engine because I highly doubt he was modified. I hate ricers as much as the next guy but if they actually have engine work and not just the fart pipe and stickers then they can smoke us.

The guy who owns it is an 'aquaintance' of mine. His car produces 414hp at the wheels. So, yeah, he whipped me, and he would kill you also.
