81 camaro water problem

81 camaro water problem
Im replacing the tray that holds the hinges when I put it where it is supposed to be welded it sits low and will be holding water. How can I fix this?

I don;t think you can fix it if this is how it was originally designed.


Maybe check a 2nd gen board?
