Is this a problem ?
I noticed that I lost alittle bit of antifreeze from the water container on the passengerside. But I dont see any white smoke when the engine is running temp and there are no bubbles inside the watercontainer.. wouldnt it come bubbles in it. And shouldnt it be white smoke too if it takes in water.
Made and compressiontest and it was like this (made 8october 2007):

the water level is like this when its hot

and inside the radiator (when cold)

I bought new antifreeze and distilled water because I tought of chagning it this winter, because I will change the knock sensor on passenger side, and then much water will come out...
is this something to worry about ?

No need to freak out, everything is normal.
dont know why you got distilled water, we all have been using tap for centuries with no worries

Will see if it continues to lose water when I have changed it.
But if the engine takes water, it would be water in the oil too right ?
The oil is changed every year and it looks real good.

It is normal to lose a SMALL amount of water over time, in any engine.
There are DOZENS of places for water to go if it leaks, besides the oil; most of them will be outside the motor (the ground, the air, etc.)
Probably the most common "mystery" water leak is the water pump. When the seal goes bad, water leaks out around the shaft, into the inside of the pulley, and is turned into a fine mist and slung everywhere. You will NEVER see it, but it disappears from the system. Again, ANY engine's water pump will fail eventually in this exact way; it is not unique to these cars. But, there are LOTS of other places for water to leak out.
I also use distilled water.... where I live, if I boil water to make tea or something, it leaves a little pile of some kind of lime or scale in the bottom of the pan. I don't want that inside my motor. Distilled water is cheaper than frequent cooling system flushes with acid to clean that crap out.

Re: Is this a problem ?
Ive never changed or refilled the coolant system for 5 years, so its maybe time for it now
the thing that I meant if its leaking inside the engine is worse than "outside" because it contaminate the oil and steel.. Maybe there is nothing wrong with my collant system.. The car has only been running about 44000KM (like ~27340miles)
I hope it isnt any bad problem, just the thing you guys said that its the "normal" loss of water...

if you are really concerned about the loss of coolant , do a system press. ck. . most parts stores here in the U.S. have tester that you can rent , and many will do it for free . a system press. ck. is how i found a leaking heater diverter valve . good luck .

Will change the coolant and see if it stays at the right level. its winter over here in Sweden so the car cant be moved until may (when the snow almost is gone..)
Maybe there isnt anything to worry about..

Re: Is this a problem ?
Probably. You can warm up the engine, and check for leaks, or, evidence of past leaks..... Losing a little over time isn't really anything to worry about. Losing a lot over time, or, a lot, all at once..... is a problem.
