Need Help With Roh Snypers Asap

I got my new rims and they fit on the back no prob. but on the front is another story. Theres a round metal tube type of thing i duno the real name in the the middle of my rotor and i cant get the rim to go over it... has anybody else had this problem or am i just not doing something right... please help me.... what should i do to fix this problem? also will the rims grind against any of the steering components on the front of the car?
