Window compatibility

Hi all, I need a new window for my 83 Firebird and I have a few questions I am hoping someone can answer.

First, is there a difference in the windows/frames from different years? Second, is there a difference between the power windows vs manual window frames? Lastly, I saw some windows online that mentioned 6 holes or 7 holes. From what I could see, it looks like the 7 holes are more common, but I don't want to end up with the wrong one!

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Re: Window compatibility

Windows should be all the same 82-92.
Yes power and manual window regulators are different.
