Recently saw some videos on resto-mod Trans Am cars. Looking at the (interior) T-Top roof edge, I noticed some sort of 'trim' which made it look neater/cleaner. As someone who restored my own ('86) Camaro T-Top roof piece, I can see in the reflection of the T-Top where the edges are less than perfect. Love my car, but seeing this made me wonder if there was something for Camaros as well. Something that I missed because I didn't know existed. Please see attached for what I'm talking about. What the Hell is that on the edges?
It doesn't exist. That’s a 2nd gen F-body in the video. Third gens never had a trim lip on the T-top headliner openings unless it was an aftermarket T-top car.
