I am looking to put the GTA foglight in my 92 Formula. Is it a bracket or just the fog lights? Has anyone done this on here?

 

The fogs are actually part of the impact bar if I remember correctly. Not sure if the Formula has provisions to add it.

The bumper cover is also different to accomodate the lights . The bumper on the GTA also has ground effects while the Formula doesnt

Thank you! I guess its not a option! LOL! I am not going through all that for fog lights. I will be doing some DYI and LED lights.

 

Another option that i forgot.. I think some base birds had fog lights and the "same" bumper GTA front but without the gfx..so basically a Formula bumper but the provisions for the fog lights. Thats kinda rare though it seems.... all base birds I ever see have the gfx added.


What I just thought of.... since youd have to be able to change the bulb in the turn signal anyway.....you could check under your nose at the impact bar to see if the hole is big enough for the stock fog lights..if it is / the same. . install them....... then remove the Black Formula bumper insert, cut it for the fog light and replace it. that way it will lock stock but you can throw in some LED bulbs too.

 

These will work, 20 years ago I put in these, well probably not the same brand, Blazer was the brand I think but they look exactly like the ones I put in. For an aftermarket part this is as plug and play as it gets.
