I'm wanting to swap a 83 front end on as I think it looks better. Would there be any interfering or problems with doing that? And cutting necessary?

You'll need to swap the headlight bezels... POSSIBLY parts of the headlight assemblies as I hear some might be different as far as the physical part where the bezel bolts up (you'll need 87 motors though) and the bumper impact / absorber. But aside from that, everything else should line right up.
