T Top glass moulding

T Top glass moulding

What do you call the trim that goes around the glass part of the T Top? Its like a U shaped channel that runs around the glass edge. Cant seem to find it anywhere.

Those pieces are falling apart on my ‘84 TA as well. Debating just taking them off but worried that may affect how the tops seal to the car??

They seem like they are just there to protect the edges of the glass from chipping. Dont know if they have any sealing duties.
