So here's the problem, I accidentally bought a 1986 Camaro.....and I'd like to change the front end into that of a firebird from the same generation. All pop up headlights and what not. I'm wondering if it's even possible. I know I'd need a hood, front bumper and likely front fenders..... How interchangable are these parts and what else might I need?

how do you accidentally buy a camaro??
It was dark ok 😝
It's been done, so it can be done. Will require a lot of parts. None expensive since they'll all be used/salvaged, but money and time will add up. Might be cheaper to find a Firebird instead of making a Camobird.
Probably wouldn't be much different than swapping the front of a 91-92 bird onto an 82-90 bird. But onto a Camaro would also require a fender swap and headlight wiring. And that's just the obvious stuff.
Nothing I'd want to do or help do, but it can be done if you're determined.
