HELP -> 4th gen seat wiring

I pulled my seats from the donor car in a real hurry.... I didn't get the harness, or the air tube that goes between the two seats, so I am making my own.

Here's what I have:

From reading other posts, I have most of it figured out....

grey -> grey
grey with stripe -> grey with stripe
white -> white

but I don't know what to do with the power and ground.... it seems really odd that there is no ground wire for the passenger seat. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

My only guess is that since the motor for the power seats is located under the driver's seat...that's why it has a ground and the other doesn't. Kind of makes sense. If an electrical shock takes place, it'll be at the motor...thus necessitating a ground wire from the motor on the driver's side.

That is right, the motor is on the drivers seat so there is no need for the ground over at the passenger side.
