Cant find spoiler support piece

I bought my 91 Z28 about 2 months ago. I saw a 91z28 at a gathering recently and there is a hard plastic piece that bolts to the front bumper support, then down to the bottom of the spoiler. It supports the front spoiler from the bottom and makes it flex a lot less. Mine doesn't have that and I didn't even know that until I saw this other one. I called GM and the guy doesn't know what Im talking about. Helloo, is this Chevrolet? Can anyone tell me what you call it, or what is the part number, or sell me one?

Thanks

This

Look at the bottom of the front spoiler in the middle. You should see about 4 bolt holes in the spoiler. Is anything connected to the bolts that are in those holes? on my car there is not.
