Wheres the rust? How many winters has it seen? Where is the car located? I have a 83 L69 I am resatoring right now and it came from Massachusetts. However rust isn't real bad because I can tell most winters were inside. I have some holes here and there but regular to less than regular amout. Now interior is out and I'm sand blasting the whole car. Need details to help

If you have serious rust in the rocker panels or in the frame structure (especially where suspension components connect) then you have real problems. Any major rot in the rear quarters, rear wheel wells or floor would also spell disaster in my book. You can use POR15 to stop rust, but it only works completely if you can cover both sides of the metal if it is rotting from the backside out. The sooner you kill the rust the better. If you have holes, you really need to cut and weld.
