headliner

The other day I went to a place where I pull my own parts for free and I found a z28 headliner that was covered in black velvet, I plan on installing it, but I was wondering if the sail panals and the sunvisers and all of the plastic around the window would look good covered in the same materal. I was wondering if any body else has done this or has seen it .

Yes. In fact when most people go to the junkyard for a headliner they grab the sail panals and sunvisors too just so the color (age, wear, ect.) match up perfect.

Oh, sorry. I don't think that the plastic would look good covered, just the sails, headliner, and sunvisors. I woulden't cover the plastic but everything would look great IMO.
