whos a paint shop pro wiz?
ok i figured out how to use the program for the most part its not too difficult, i have an image that i want to first change the back round color from black to white so when i overlay it onto the white gauge it blends in but i cant seem to figure out how to do this..........i figured out how to shrink it down however but how do you overlay it on top of another image? ive been browsinf the help section there and i havent found anything to help me
