Torque specs on seats?

I got a new seat today, just wondering if i needed to use a torque wrench to tighten it or anything. I'll be removing the seat along with the track. Thanks.

Seats are about a quarter-grunt on the elbowmeter. (In other words, not really, just make it tight).
