Anybody got shaved door handels

Anybody got shaved door handels. I can get handels from a junk yard real cheap. How hard is it to do this. Also if you got any pics I would like that.

thats what Im doin when I get my new doors. but, should I use the push button kit from JC Whitney? or do alarm installers have the remote kit ones and how much are they?
