Is this a good price for 4th Gen Seats?

I was at the local Junkyard today and made the guy an offer on some BEAUTIFUL black and grey 4th gen seats, it went from $250 (My first bid) to $300 (His offer). So, my question is, is $300 alot for a set of front and back 4th Gen seats? And what do you all get yours for?

$300 is cleap for leather, average for cloth, but if there cloth and in good shape ,,do it! Thats not bad and you might get lucky and find some cheaper on e-bay but you would still have to pay to have them shipped.

Hmmm, yeah, there in PERFECT condition.... no stains, no fading, no grime or crap, no mildew... BEAUTIFUL as far as I'm concerned The car there in got in a head on, but the interior is IMACULATE. Hmmm, wonder if he will still take the $250.... I'll give him my old honeycomb rims and $250, wonder what he'll say. Man, now I need carpet.... Will carpet from a 4th Gen work in a 3rd? Thanks man!
