fender incident!!!!fixable????don'tknow

the guy that use to own my car had sometime during its life jacked the car up by the front fenders both sided are bowed out a bit and lifted a tad just enough to notice if you look at it a while. I was wondering if a body shop could fix and anyone who has had this done was yours able to be fixed?

My car's passenger side fender is like that, thanks to my idiot friend (x-friend now). Alcohol and cars don't mix. Body shop quoted me $50 to fix it. Since I'm getting TA fenders for like $30 each, it's not a priority just yet. Hope this helps.
