I am trying to get my headliner ordered and they say they have 2 colors of gray on file for a 1985 Trans Am, color #1808 Ox Gray and color #8392A Sand Gray. Any one have any idea what the differance is or which one I should get,,The rest of my interior is dove gray,(light gray).Here is a look at the part of the build sheet that tells but I cand understand the codes...its in box #62 all it says is gray ??dose the u66 meen anything to anyone??Can anyone help me with this??

Don't use the build sheet. Look for an options sticker in the glove box or center console. Call the dealer with your vin number and they can look up all the options on thier computer.

 

I called a dealer around here and have it all figured out now,,they said there was only one light gray called,,med. dark gray. So I called the place where I'm getting my headliner and they said they also have that color so I went with that.By the way my T/A dosn't have a glove box,and the console was replaced with a 4th gen. so no luck there.Thanks anyway.At least you tried.
