leather Z28 Camaro seats

I'm thinking of selling all of my leather (power) seats to my co-worker. How much would you guys think they're worth? It's from my 92 Z28, and they're in pretty darn good condition. I've known him for a few days now (he's new at my work) and he seems like a cool guy. Any ideas? thanks!

If theyre REALLY good, front and back, Ask 400 or so, i wouldnt go under 300 though.
