shifter knob
shifter ****
Hey,
I'm gutting the interior from my 86 IROC and have come across a problem. I don't have a clue on how to remove my shifter ****. It's the round one that looks like a black ball. Because of this I haven't been able to remove the shifter plate. Does someone know how to do this??

U have to take the button out and then you have to take off the c-clip and it will come off.

Not much to explain on the button removal. PULL!
After that, remove the c-clip and the **** lifts right out.
