I was thinking of purchasing a new hood for my Camaro. I was wondering if I could get it painted and how much would it cost. I don't need my whole car painted, it looks pretty good. I just wanted to know if any of you ever had just your hood painted and how much did it cost and did it match the rest of your paint job. Thanks for your help.

When I originally bought my 4" Glasstek cowl hood I had just the hood painted. It matched with no problems and ran me right around $600. I have since had the entire car repainted though. Hope this helps.
