t-top leak-need help!

whats up guys, i was washing my car the other day, and noticed that shes leaking on both sides (a little). When i did a closer inspection, i noticed that on the outside of the t-tops theres some little holes and cracks in the rubber where the glass meets the plastic/metal siding.
I was thinking of putting a type of waterproof epoxy on there, but thought of getting some opinions before doing it . . .
so what do you guys think i should do?????
i've heard of weather-stripping, but can it be used for such small spots?
thanks

use some black RTV gasket maker. smooth it out with a wet finger like caulking. Works great for sealing small holes and repairing the separating and tearing. Good Luck!

i plan on using clear silicone all the way around the tops glas stripping in between where the body and the middle bar contact the stripping, had horrible rain last couple days here and is leaking fron the frame of the roof, i have headliner removed and its not coming from where glass contacts the stripping and my stripping is all in mint shape, so..

good luck

done did it today, at least got a good start on it, clenaed out the channels between the body and seals and dried it out with air compressor and then laid out masking tape to protect paint and then laid in the sealer and paid attentiuont to the middle bar ends where both tops openings come together, there were bad gaps there, it has to be an improvement, there ws old sealer in there, probably factory, and it was crappy and water damage was making it come off, looks like brush on style body sealer,

good luck
