Got a question about painting your console, dash, and plate for radio/heat. After the 5 coats, its gonna look rough, right? Thats gonna mean i'm going to have to wet sand it right? Using what grit? Anyone thats done this before, please help. Thanks

 

I did it and didnt have to wet sand.

For the radio and console peices...
Sand peices with a fine grit
1 light coat primer
3-5 light coats of paint
1 clear coat

done

 

it just came out smooth? Thats wierd, cause i cant get mine to be smooth, the only way i can think is to wet sand it.
