Creaking calipers and master cylinder moving slightly

Hey guys, I have a 91 T/A and I was checking my car out today and with the hood open I pressed the brakes as hard as I could (with and without the engine running) and I noticed that the whole master cylinder along with the black round thing its attached to (I think that's what its called) moving up almost 1/2 an inch and dropping back down when I released the brakes. Is it supposed to do that?

And I also had my dad hit the brakes without the engine running and I noticed that both front calipers creak when they move. Is there any lube or anything that needs to be done to them? Oh and btw, up to August of 09, the car was sitting for about a year (before I bought it). I put about 500 miles on it since I got it. AND I also noticed that when I slam on the brakes, the passenger side front wheel locks up first and the driver side doesn't lock up until I push it down farther (the drivers side front also creaks a little louder than the other one)

My calipers creak as well. I've never been to figure out why, all 4 calipers are well lubricated. I hope someone can answer this, too.

Yeah that's weird. My car has drums in the back (hopefully gonna replace em with discs sometime) and discs in the front. And the master cylinder that's moving is kinda concerning me as well.
