stock 15" wheels what rear disc fit?
I would like to change my 10 bolt from drum to disc. I also want to keep my stock 15" rims for the sleeper effect they have.
What will fit? Does anyone make a kit ?and is it worth it?

I have a 3rd gen 10 bolt drum rear. What I really want to know is what is the best setup that will fit under the wheels. I have also heard that some rear discs brakes were not good. I think the cast iron calipers were problem prone?

Right...stay away from the iron calipers unless you install the recall kit in them. The 12" LT1/1LE PBR rear brakes are what you want and they should fit the stock 15" wheels just fine, although they may not fit your spare depending on which spare you have. I'd go with the brakes I described over the LS1 rear brakes. It will be an easier bolt on install than the LS1s will be.
