Anything needed to convert to disc brakes??

Ok everyone, I am looking to buy a ford 9" and put it under my car, I am planning on getting it with Wilwood Disc brakes. My question to you is, is there anything else I need to buy to hook it up? Right now my car is drum and I was wondering if I just undo my old brake lines and put the new rear in can I just hook up my new brakes, or do I need a different master cylinder or any other different equipment? The rear will come with all Camaro brackets and be a bolt in and the Wilwood set up is made for the rear and also to go on my car...wasnt sure if I need anything to hook it up. Any info would be great.
Thanks.
