pedel goes to the floor
alright...I'm posting this for my father, he has a 87 camaro with a disk/drum setup, it had soggy breaks when he got it, he has changed out the calipers, drum cylenders, and finally the master cylender, he said he bled it with the master cylender level(disconnected it from the break boster and held it level), and now he tells me the pedel goes to the floor, any ideas what he missed?
Sounds like classic air in the lines, I had trouble with that to when I changed the master. I bought Earl's solo-bleeders (replacement bleeder screw with a one way check valve) and that made the bleeding job a lot easier.

no he diden't, I thought that was the problem, but I had him disconnect the master cylender from the booster, hold it level and manualy pump it, which should have accoplished the same thing....I think

Make sure that the cylinder itself is level in the vice. Don't worry about the angle of the tanks. Then mount to car, hook up line and bleed in the following order;
1: Primary line connection ( closest to booster ) at Master Cylinder.
2: Secondary line connection at Master Cylinder.
3: Line connections at Proportioning valve. Top first...then bottom. Doing it this way will eliminate 90% of the air in the system without sending a large air bubble through 20 ft of barke line.
4: Then bleed left front, right front, left rear and finally right rear. This may seem backwards to some people, but we've found that this method works better with fast fill Master Cylinders. DO NOT PUMP THE PEDAL!!. That will only aereate the fluid, and with a Fast Fill Master Cylinder, drive the secondary piston to the bottom of the bore where for some freakin' peculiar reason it will tend to remain there for about 10 seconds. Warnings about pumping in GM Factory manual.
The new M/C should have come with an instruction sheet and a bench bleed kit, no need to try to hassle with 'bench bleeding' on the car and chance a spill that will eat your paint.
