Different brakes for different rear ends

Whats up guys! I haven't posted on her for about a year but money is starting to flow again and time is a little easier to come by so I want to start posting more again. As some of you know, I am restoring my 84 Trans Am. None of my brakes work and are all rusted through. They sat outside for 6 years without moving so they are shot. I want to get a two piece 13in rotor set from Baer for my car. However, I also wanted to get either a Moser Ford 9in or a Chevy 12 bolt in the future. What should I do about my brakes? Are any of the sets compatible with these rear ends or should I just get the rear end first. I don't want to have to buy brakes twice so what do you think?

The best thing to do would be ask Moser what flanges they use on their rears, and then ask Baer what they have to fit it.
