C4HD bracket dimensions?

Does anyone have a C4HD bracket dimension file that they could share?

I got a pair of brackets that were cut on a water jet but they don't have the hole locations on them.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

So the C4 and C4HD bracket are one in the same but the C4HD bracket is thicker?
