Baer Tracck rear conversion fit?

I am swapping the rear drums to the Baer track system, I am also running IROC 18's and an air ride technologies suspension.
Right now side to side clearance is tight, will the new Baers "push" my rims outward at all?
If you've installed the Track system I sure would appreciate your advice.

I converted the iron calipers to the PBR Baer kit - they are exactly the same as stock - its due to the rotor mounting flange being the same thickness between the old 10.5" rotors and the 12" new rotors. I'm sure it work the same for the drum conversion.

No difference on rear offset.
