Master Cylinder

I recently just replaced my master cylinder due to there being a leak. The replacement master cylinder was a rebuilt one from autozone. This was a problem on my old master cylinder and continues to be a problem on the new one. My brake fluid reservoir won't stay fixed on the master cylinder. It will rock back and forth but won't pop out or anything. Any ideas would be helpful. TIA!!

I don't know if you are still having the problem but ive worked at parts stores for over a year now and you would be suprised how much pressure it takes to press some of those back on. out side of that you may have to get a new one.

Thanks for the response. The problem was fixed. I just got some new seals and gave it a wee bit of negotiation and it now fits firmly lol.
