Brake locked up

I just replaced my front pads, and when I was taking it for a test drive, my drivers side pads locked up and I pushed the brakes real hard and they unlocked. I've driven it around for about 20 miles and it didn't hapeen again. Should I be concerned, or could it have just been the brakes setting themselves? Thanks!

Did you lube the slides when you replaced the brakes. Those could be freezing up on you . You could also have a bad caliper or brake line.

The bolt the caliper slides back and forth on. Your supposed to lube that. Thats why the pads come with brake lube.
