Stainless lines ... the good, the bad, the ugly

Ok so I'm slowly restoring my Z28. I have installed new rear brakes from the stainless line from the prop valve to the calipers, pads, ebrake cables etc. All I have left is to adjust the ebrake and to install the Wilwood Adj. prop valve, but here lies the problem.

I ran Classic Tube's stainless steel rear lines, but with the tools I have I'm not able to flare the S/S line to install the adj. prop valve. My friend gave me the heads up so I bought some extra S/S line to practice on, but damn, I'm not even close to flaring it. It just pushes out of the tool.

My plane was to install the adj. prop valve after the gutted factory prop valve to retain the warning light and not touch the other lines. I'm going to be installed the C4 nonHD upgrade as well, so I really was counting on having the Wilwood valve to set everything right. Right now if I can't find a way to flare this thing I'm thinking:

a) I could install the adj. prop valve between the master cylinder

b) run with only the gutted factory valve, or I've heard people having success using a washer with the factory valve
