Hawks racing pro stop slotted rotors

Found a set for the c4 upgrade. Rear 88-96 corvette 12" rotors
slotted, no coating for about 75.00 shipped a pair.

Locally Raybestos plain rotors are 69.00 each. I realize for the street the slots are more for looks. How about these silver coatings that keep them looking new, any good ?

What do you guys think ? I couldn't get much info on the manufacturer, kept saying HAWKS RACING, I doubt thats who makes them. I mean if these are the oversea junk rotors slotted I'll pass.......and what about these coatings ?????
CHIME IN HERE ????

The zinc coating keeps the rust off the rotors and keeps them looking good longer, it's a good thing.

The pads will take the coating from the swept area but other than that it should last as long as the rotors do, unless you take it mudding or something like that.
