'89 PBR ROTOR SWEPT AREA

Good day all, I have finished my rebuild of my pbr setup and now things don't look right.....
The amount of pad sweeping seems much smaller from what normal pad sweep should be ie: the front rotors Here is a pic.
The calipers are home rebuilds the pads are raybestos PDG-413M and rotors are Raybestos 6995/D17356. The brake appear to work as seen, but why so little pad area? thanks

bummer you did not add the pic. I looked at a friends car last night, the only other disk car on okinawa, And his were much better than mine...
Oh and ignore the rims, new tires take a 7-10 days to get here, and he just had a blowout. These are my original junkers
Anymore input?

Looks to me like the caliper is moved out away from the rotor further than it should be but I don't see how that could happen, they only bolt on one way. Any chance these are Baer rear carriers which could use a larger "Plus 1" rotor that they offer?

Without seeing it up close, this is all I can offer.

Are you sure those are 11.6" rotors?
