Axle/Gears: 9 BOLT 3.45 POSI
PBR rear e brake equlize/balance ?
I was wondering what does it mean to balance/equlize teh rear e brake?
how do you do it?
how do you know if it needs to be done?
and what happens it if you don't do it?

The only simptoms I know of are poorly holding the car with the e-brake and bad pad wear. I personally have never had to mess with them but I know how to just in case.
