new brakes perhaps, but which!!

hey i am going to be upgrading my brakes (i figure better to stop fast BEFORE i go too fast ) and i was wondering if this was a good deal on the baer brakes

eBay Motors: TRACK Baer Claw System (item 8031478451 end time Apr-18-06 10:38:22 PDT)

i think it is the same system that the upgrading brakes tech article talks about tho i am not sure. i won't buy from there cuz not enough feedback but figuring out the price i should look for. also i know these fit "some 16 inch rims" would my stock 16" IROC rims clear?? i think i read somewhere they would but i don't remember.

Or would i be better off just getting the F-Body Big Brake Upgrades</title>

There's a ton of info on the site about brake upgrades. Search/contact Ed Miller who sells several complete kits and good prices.
