Drum brake help!

Hello everyone. I need help with my drum brakes. My project car's rear brakes were locked down. I replaced all the springs with new ones and installed new wheel cylinders. when I finished I literally had to run to stop the car from rolling into the house on an almost level driveway. I could push the car myself it was rolling so smooth. I started the car, drove it to the back yard(where i work on it) and by the time I get there I could feel the pressure in the rear wheels. I drove it back to the driveway to have a look and they are locked down again! the car is driveable, but it feels like someone is always pushing the brake. do I need to adjust the drum brake? I'm new with drum brake work so If anyone can help the new guy, I'll appreciate it...
