i wasnt sure about the front fitment.

from what I have read, they should as the 12's have lots of room left.
but I still think it may get a little tight going that big.

 

i have gta wheels by the way. is there a confirmation that they fit under those?

NO... YOU NEED 17" WHEELS (AND A 1/2" SPACER ON SOME WHEELS).

 

No they will not, now.. a C5 caliper paired with a LS1 rotor will fit though, I've done it.

what modifacations are required to put ls1 brakes on c5 calipers? do theyjust swap out? are the spindles the same?

I might buy the whole front c5 setup from a guy... if i do the ls1 rotors what do i need from him?....

You'll have to ask that guy but the calipers will interchange, just use the right pad for the caliper you use.

YOU HAVE TO USE LS1 ROTORS, LS1 CALIPER CARRIERS(BRACKETS), AND C5 CALIPERS.

 

Ok so to put it all in one sentence to make sure. If you use the 98-02 Fbody 12 inch rotor, 98-02 Fbody caliper bracket, with a c5 Corvette Caliper you can install them on a car with GTA rims and not have any issues. Just wanna clarify im reading this all right.
