C4 brakes on a Third Gen?

Engine: 350ci LT4
Transmission: MN6 6 Speed
Axle/Gears: 3.42:1
C4 brakes on a Third Gen?
My brother's got an '85 Iroc that we're putting together. We also have an '87 Vette parts car with all the suspension and brake parts still intact. Is there any compatability between the two, in order to upgrade the brakes on the Iroc? 
Right now the Iroc has a drum rear, but Carlisle may solve that problem for us this weekend.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated!

Engine: 5.7 TPI; 5.0 TBI; ZZ4/T56 on the ag
Transmission: A4, A4, slated to be a T56
