ok, so heres the deal, my 85 iroc has a rear end with drums out of an 88 iroc, there is a guy on craigslist with a 91 gta disc rearend. i really want to swap the drums for discs, but how much work is involved? do i need to change master cylinders? brake lines? whats involved? i need to know very soon because im leaving on sunday for 2 weeks, and id like to know tomarrow so i can go buy this stuff. any help is very much apreciated.

 

You'll have to replace the prop valve and the brake lines on the rear axle. The rest is just modding the axle flange for the disc backing plate.

 

so i will need a new proportioning valve and brake lines? is there anyway to use the old lines? i take it ill need all this from the gta right?
what kind of mods am i lookin at for the flange?
