caliper to rotor clearance

How much clearance inboard and outboard do I need between the caliper and rotor with PBR calipers. Also in bolting the caliper to the backing plate, lock washer or no lock washer....loctite or should the bolts have self locking threads? Just about have this thing back together and don't wish to discover later that I was blessed with a moment of the dumbazz syndrome.

About 1/16"-1/8" per side or whatever centers the carrier over the rotor. Just make sure the rotor is tightened down with a lug nut or two so it won't move when you get the spacing down;

No lockwashers, just a bit of red threadlocker on the threads that engage the guide pins;

Hope all is going well with the setup.

Brakes are all together, just have to replace the calper mounting bolts to achieve full thread engagement and tweak centering on one.

You'll only get about 1/4" of thread engagement on the guide pin bolts in case you think that's odd...I thought they'd go in a bit further myself but this is not the case. If you have that much and add some red threadlocker, you're good to go.
