Prop valve bracket

Is it OK to remove this bracket? I have SS hard lines and I want to run a 4th gen master cylinder but when you put the lines in the bracket is way off from the holes in the master. I would just bend the lines to make it work but the SS lines are very hard to bend. I was thinking of removing the bracket and just let everything "hang" there. Would that be OK or stress the lines too much?
