Spongebob Brakes

My brakes (rotors, calipers, pads, lines) were replaced about 4 months ago and right now I notice that the peddle is a little bit spongy. I can press the brake pedal down and they don't start to grab until most of the way down and you can feel that they are bit spongy. Do you think they need to be bled and what are the procedures for bleeding? What things should I check? If they are a little bit spongy and a little bit late braking what would be the cause? Any information on the subject would be greatly appreciated. Thank you a lot in advance.

Thanks IRON DUKE. I tried that link, but I think it's dead.
